Responsible for logistics, shipping and receiving of goods. Follows established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in a store or warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Order picking
- Preparing goods for transportation (loading and unloading activities)
- Delivering ordered goods to customers
- Receiving deliveries and checking goods against delivery documentation
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse
Qualifications
FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: Secondary school education
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Required: Minimum 18 months experience in a similar Warehouse / Shipping role
Preferred: Safe handling with chemical goods/products & Basic experience operating an ERP system
