Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC or plumbing (licensed and unlicensed candidates encouraged to apply)
- EPA/CFC Certification required for HVAC positions
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and reliable attendance
- Ability to safely lift heavy equipment and materials
- Willingness to work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, mechanical rooms, and outdoor job sites)
- Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service
