Maintenance tech/porter

Main duties:

* Performing routine maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs and changing HVAC filters
* Repairing broken or leaking plumbing
* Repairing damaged electrical wiring caused by shorts or severed lines
* Painting interiors and exteriors of the buildings
* Assisting with housekeeping duties when needed
* Occasionally may include trash pick-up and on course water delivery

Qualifications:

* Knowledge of plumbing, basic electrical wiring, carpentry, painting, drywall and HVAC systems.
* Knowledge to safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders and diagnostic meters
* Ability to work the am shift starting at 4:00am
* Experience with PM task a plus but not mandatory, will train
* Must be able to climb ladders
