Manager, Software Development

Take the lead in building and scaling innovative software solutions that transform how organizations access, analyze, and act on media intelligence. In this role, you will manage a team of software developers while shaping the technical strategy for high-performance, data-intensive applications. You will oversee the development of reliable Java-based services, distributed data pipelines, and AI-powered applications, including production-grade agentic workflows. Working closely with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and other business stakeholders, you will translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions. You will champion engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making while ensuring system reliability and operational efficiency.
