- Partner with Marketing and Merchandising teams to anticipate future strategies, sales plans, promotions, supplier agreements, new product launches, and excess inventory opportunities.
- Evaluate existing supply chain processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that reduce costs and streamline operations.
- Monitor team activities and performance to ensure operational objectives, service levels, and business targets are consistently achieved.
- Report directly to the Director of Supply Chain.
Requirements:

- Experience working with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools, with the ability to manage system processes and ensure data accuracy.
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, machine utilization, and inventory optimization.
- Proven ability to identify cost-reduction opportunities, drive process improvements, and contribute to profitability objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, Operations, Marketing, Merchandising, and external suppliers.
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset, combined with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement capabilities.
Benefits:
