Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain OMS (Operation Method Sheets), ECN documentation, SOE (Sequence of Events), and GSOE.

- Develop MBOMs from EBOMs and map BOM structures to manufacturing process steps.

- Support ECN implementation and change management activities across manufacturing plants.

- Conduct process mapping, process validation, line balancing, time studies, and plant layout studies.

- Support manufacturing productivity, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Utilize ERP systems such as SAP, SharePoint, and related manufacturing tools.

- Collaborate with manufacturing plants and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution and process compliance.

- Develop best-practice documentation and support manufacturing process standardization.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly operations, and industrial engineering concepts.

- Experience with OMS, ECN, MBOM, process mapping, and manufacturing documentation.

- Understanding of line balancing, time studies, and plant layout optimization.

- Proficiency in SAP, SharePoint, MS Office, and related manufacturing systems.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and influence cross-functional teams.
