Ready to join a global leader in air movement and ventilation? At Greenheck Group, joining our team means more than just starting a job, it’s joining an award-winning culture prioritizing your growth and development. Our unwavering commitment in supporting our team members both personally and professionally has earned us national recognition time and time again. As an innovative, environmentally responsible manufacturer of commercial HVAC systems, Greenheck Group designs and manufactures industry-leading air movement and ventilation solutions through our family of trusted brands. Our products are found in commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities worldwide, from schools and hospitals to factories and stadiums. Since 1947, we’ve proudly invested in our people and our communities, fostering innovation, leadership, and opportunity at every level. We are more than products, we are a team of inspired people doing extraordinary things.
As a Manufacturing Execution Systems Senior Manager for Greenheck Group you will own product strategy and delivery across Greenheck Group’s full manufacturing-systems portfolio — Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), maintenance management, machine integration, machine/production monitoring (MDC), and automation. You will serve as the senior product leader for Manufacturing Execution Systems, directly leading the MES functional lead team, owning the roadmap for the Critical Manufacturing platform consolidation, and establishing enterprise standards and consistency for manufacturing technology across Greenheck Group’s plants. You will operate as the critical connective link between enterprise manufacturing systems and the business, IT, Divisional Systems teams, and the broader Operational Systems/CoE community.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Program Leadership: Own the product roadmap and delivery across the full manufacturing-systems portfolio — MES, maintenance management, machine integration, machine/production monitoring (MDC), and automation — across all Greenheck production sites. Lead the end-to-end roadmap for the Critical Manufacturing platform consolidation, replacing legacy custom integrations and MII applications across Greenheck's production sites. Coordinate cross-functional teams, allocate resources, and co-manage project timelines with Program Management. Drive accountability throughout execution and establish aggressive, results-oriented goals for the team.
- Divisional & CoE Alignment: Serve as the critical point of alignment between enterprise MES capabilities and divisional/plant-level execution — partnering closely with the business, IT, Divisional Systems teams, and the other Operational Systems/CoE groups (e.g., Operational Excellence, Machine Automation/MDC) to ensure enterprise standards translate into plant-level adoption and results.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead the MES functional lead team across the MES, maintenance, machine integration, monitoring, and automation domains.
- Change Leadership: Facilitate organizational change related to MES and manufacturing-systems adoption; communicate to create buy-in and promote system acceptance across plant floors.
- Standards and Consistency: Drive manufacturing-systems standards and consistency across Greenheck production sites through an MES steering committee and governance framework spanning MES, maintenance, machine integration, monitoring, and automation.
- Communication: Provide status updates on timeline, cost, and risk to the Operational Systems and OT Executive Steering Committees; communicate with team, stakeholders, and senior/executive leaders.
- Strategic Planning: Set the vision and develop and execute a comprehensive manufacturing-systems strategy aligned with organizational goals; identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction across MES, maintenance, machine integration, monitoring, and automation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sr Manager, ERP and Program/Project Management on shared roadmap, resourcing, and delivery dependencies; partner with external resources to ensure manufacturing systems align with business objectives.
- Best Practices: Stay current on MES, automation, and manufacturing-technology trends and bring forward platform recommendations.
