Christ Panos Foods is seeking a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing projects and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives.
Essential Job Duties:
- Manages annual Marketing Calendar
- Designs and publishes product promotional flyers, hot sheets, Cut & Dry promotions, etc.
- Communicates cost increase notifications to customers
- Creates and publishes monthly company newsletter “Panos Connections”
- Manages social media posts
- Coordinates Local Marketing meetings with supply partners
- Responsible for ordering company apparel
- Provides annual marketing budget to finance
- Arranges annual company events including Panos Rodeo, Panos Foods Christmas party, etc.
- Plans and coordinates company Food Show every other year
- Work with transportation management team to arrange truck wraps for our fleet
- Manages the content on the company website
- Projects as assigned by Director of Procurement
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM

Requirements
Key Knowledge/ Experiences:
- 2-3 years Marketing experience
- Graphic Design experience desired
