About the role
Growth Associate Internship (m/w/d) Hamburg
Plausity is an AI-native due diligence platform for MundA advisors, private equity and VC funds, and corporate development teams, built in Hamburg. This internship is for people who want to learn B2B outbound by doing it and who are motivated by results. From day one you talk to MundA advisors, private equity investors and corporate development leads, build pipeline and book qualified demos for Plausity, our AI due diligence platform.
What you ll do
- Run outbound every day: cold calls, email and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads fast, handle objections and book demos with decision-makers in deal teams
- Work clearly defined ICPs and segments systematically advisory boutiques, PE funds, corporate MundA
- Keep your pipeline clean: activity, conversion and next steps in the CRM
- Learn the craft with live feedback on messaging, call structure and objection handling
What you bring
- Currently enrolled (business, economics, law or similar) or in a gap phase, available for at least three months full-time
- Interest in finance, MundA or private equity you want to understand how deals get done
- Confident communication in English; German is a strong plus
- Comfortable picking up the phone and hearing no
