Mode: Hybrid – 2–3 days per week on-site

We at Coforge are hiring Mid DevOps Engineer (#006fu00000QeELXAA3-5) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

-
Plan and execute SCM migrations from Bitbucket to GitHub, including repository, workflow, and pipeline transformation.

-
Operate and maintain Jenkins on Kubernetes, including upgrades, scaling, plugin management, troubleshooting, and production support.

-
Implement GitHub Actions workflows, GitHub Advanced Security, and Python-based automation while administering Artifactory and related repository services.

-
Maintain the availability and security of the DevOps services portfolio, remediate vulnerabilities, manage changes, and provide technical escalation support to the L1 DevOps support team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

-
3–5 years of relevant DevOps experience.

-
University degree in Computer Science, Software/Systems Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

-
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes.

-
Proficiency in GitHub Actions and CI/CD processes.

-
Experience with SCM migrations, particularly from Bitbucket to GitHub.

-
Experience operating Jenkins in production environments.

-
Knowledge of Python for automation and scripting.

-
Familiarity with Linux administration.

-
Experience working within Agile environments and sprint-based delivery.

-
Advanced English proficiency (B2+ or higher), both spoken and written, for daily collaboration with US-based teams.

Preferred Skills:

-
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

-
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

-
Familiarity with security scanning and vulnerability remediation processes.

-
CKA/CKAD, GitHub Actions, or GitHub Advanced Security certifications.
