We at Coforge are hiring Mid Support Engineer (#15124-5-1) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

-
Provide production support, continuous monitoring, and incident resolution for US regional applications to minimize downtime and ensure SLA compliance.

Write and troubleshoot SQL DDL and DML queries, including joins, aggregate functions, and CASE statements, within Oracle database environments.

-
Monitor and analyze server logs using tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace, creating dashboards and alerts to enable proactive incident detection and resolution.

-
Support CI/CD and deployment activities using GitHub and Jenkins while troubleshooting applications and maintaining the required infrastructure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

-
3–8 years of relevant experience in Production Support or related technical support environments.

-
Advanced knowledge of Oracle DB and strong SQL skills, including DDL, DML, joins, aggregate functions, and CASE statements.

Experience working with Linux-based infrastructure and cloud services.

-
Strong monitoring and debugging skills for server and application logs.

-
Hands-on experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar monitoring tools.

-
Experience creating and optimizing monitoring alerts and dashboards.

-
Experience with GitHub for code debugging and Jenkins for deployments.

-
Experience setting up tools and required infrastructure.

-
Knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incidents, Problems, and RFCs.

Preferred Skills:

Experience supporting business-critical applications in 24/7 production environments.

Strong troubleshooting and incident-resolution capabilities.

-
Familiarity with Data Management & Analytics environments.

Experience supporting applications with strict SLA and availability requirements.
