About the role

The Supervisor runs the OCTG premium threading line producing new connections – couplings, pup joints, crossovers and accessories – to various licensed premium connection specifications. The role owns safe, on-time, right-first-time output across carbon steel and corrosion-resistant grades (L80, 1Cr, 13Cr and Super 13Cr).

The Supervisor is expected to be a hands-on expert on the site's installed CNC threading lathes, and to lift productivity and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) measurably from current levels through better planning, faster setups, less rework and disciplined shop-floor routines.
