Sam Pack Five Star Ford is looking for an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team!
We are looking for a strong leader with automotive dealership accounting experience who can keep our office operations running efficiently while supporting our dealership's continued success.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office and accounting operations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with monthly financial statements and closing.
- Oversee payroll and employee records.
- Lead and support office staff.
- Ensure accurate dealership accounting and reporting.
- Work closely with dealership management.
Requirements
- Previous automotive dealership accounting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of dealership financial statements and accounting practices.
- CDK experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
