Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong

The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the instructions coming from BUs are timely and properly updated into relevant systems
• Responsible for handling of
• Document scanning and indexing
• Signature imaging update
• Channel maintenance
• Cheque book record creation
• Security token request
• Customer general & contact information change
• DM opt-out
• Return Mail process
• Remote account opening
• InMotion account opening & quality assurance process
• Take up ad-hoc task as assigned
• Perform general clerical duties

Requirements:

- Secondary education or above

- With at least 1 year of relevant working experience in Banking Operations

- Proficient in MS Office

- Prudent and attentive to details

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

- Fresh Graduate will be considered
