Responsibilities
- Provide professional and high-quality service to customers, addressing their banking inquiries and transactions efficiently.
- Identify customer needs and proactively introduce relevant banking products, services, and digital solutions.
- Handle and resolve customer feedback and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with internal branch teams and support units to ensure seamless operational workflow.
- Adhere strictly to regulatory requirements, compliance guidelines, and internal bank policies to mitigate operational risks.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and embrace digital banking tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational integrity.
