As a Securities & Derivatives Analyst, Custody Operations, you will process and settle securities and derivatives transactions that keep Citi's Direct Custody and Global Custody businesses running smoothly for clients around the world. Sitting within the Custody Operations team, you will resolve settlement issues, support control activities, and deliver client service across Citi's global custody network, including coverage aligned to Taiwan market hours. This is an opportunity to build a strong foundation in securities operations while directly contributing to accurate, timely transaction processing for institutional clients.
Responsibilities
- Process securities and derivatives transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices to support timely clearance and settlement.
- Identify and resolve securities and derivatives settlement issues and recommend process improvements to leadership.
- Analyze operational reports to support management decisions, control activities, and new product launches.
- Monitor transaction processing activity to detect errors early and recommend solutions that reduce risk exposure.
- Escalate transaction processing issues to the appropriate teams and collaborate on timely resolution.
- Provide client support for Direct Custody and Global Custody services, addressing inquiries related to trade settlement and account activity.
- Design and analyze operational reports in line with team standards and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Support control activities, audit requirements, and the rollout of new custody products and services.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in securities operations, custody, or financial services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Foundational knowledge of Treasury products, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Capacity to manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects in a high-risk, fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of macros to support reporting and process efficiency.
- Availability to provide operational coverage during Taiwan market trading hours, including midday support.
- Completion of the Proficiency Test for Trust Operations Personnel as a condition of employment.

- 監控交易處理活動,及早發現錯誤並提出降低風險的解決方案。
- 將交易處理問題上報至相關部門,並共同合作以及時解決問題。
- 為直接託管與全球託管服務提供客戶支援,處理與交易結算及帳戶活動相關的查詢。
- 依團隊標準設計並分析營運報告,持續推動流程改善。
- 支援控管活動、稽核要求,以及新託管產品與服務的推出。
必備資格與技能
- 具備2至3年證券作業、託管或金融服務相關經驗。
- 擁有商業、會計、財務或相關領域之學士學位,或具備同等經驗。
- 具備國庫商品、會計原則及法規要求之基礎知識。
- 能在高風險、快節奏的環境中同時管理多項任務與專案。
- 具備巨集應用知識,能提升報告製作與作業效率。
- 能配合台灣市場交易時段提供營運支援,包括午間時段的支援。
- 願意完成信託作業人員能力測驗,作為任職條件之一。
