Role Summary
The Outside Operations Technician II provides technical support for ATM and related field equipment, applying working knowledge to complete assigned service work and solve routine technical problems within standards. Supports equipment uptime and service quality through disciplined field execution. Typical work includes installation, repair, preventive maintenance, testing, service documentation, and field parts management.

Key Responsibilities
• Install, repair, and maintain ATM or related field equipment at customer or branch sites, including hardware, software, peripherals, or signage as applicable.
• Diagnose routine equipment issues, perform preventive maintenance, replace faulty components, and test equipment to confirm operational readiness.
• Document service activity, work orders, parts usage, and equipment status accurately in field service systems.
• Manage service parts, tools, and vehicle stock and maintain readiness for dispatched service calls.
• Travel between service locations and provide timely, professional support while escalating complex technical issues appropriately.

Required Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in ATM servicing, electronics repair, field service, or related technical work.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, software, or peripheral issues and documenting service work.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to service locations as required.

Education
Secondary school completion or equivalent required; technical training or certification in electronics, IT, electrical, or mechanical repair preferred.
