You will serve as a trusted advisor to recruitment teams and key stakeholders, translating business needs into effective technical solutions. Your work will help improve recruitment workflows, strengthen data accuracy, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. You will also play a key role in training teams, sharing best practices, and maximizing the value of Oracle Cloud solutions.
