OTC Derivatives Trader

We are seeking a highly motivated OTC Crypto Derivatives Sales Trader to join our dynamic team, supporting a 24-7 over-the-counter (OTC) cryptocurrency options flow operation. WHAT YOU WILL DO

-     Provide pricing and liquidity on OTC and exchange RFQs, using discretionary judgement based on market conditions and client goals.

-     Structure and price bespoke options solutions tailored to client hedging, yield and directional objectives.

-     Produce client pitches, trade ideas, and sales material backed by quantitative analysis, turning market and regulatory developments into timely, actionable insights.

-     Drive new business, grow the client base, and deepen existing institutional relationships to increase revenue generation.

-     Share market color and client feedback with internal teams to shape product development and pricing strategy.

-     Support and grow a 24-7 options flow operation with teams based in Singapore, the UK, the US, providing consistent service and optimal trading conditions for clients across multiple time zones.

-     Work with Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Onboarding to ensure smooth client onboarding, accurate trade booking and settlement, and adherence to internal policies and applicable regulations.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

- Proven experience as an options trader or sales-trader, ideally structuring and selling options strategies to institutional and HNW clients.

- A solid broker-dealer background, comfortable trading on a discretionary basis.

- A proven revenue track record and an established network of institutional clients.

- Exceptional understanding of derivatives pricing, portfolio and risk management.

- Strong quantitative analysis and data manipulation skills to analyze market data and build client pitches, trade ideas, and sales material with marketing.

- A deep understanding of digital assets and crypto derivatives venues

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach and the ability to perform under pressure, make quick decisions, and handle high volumes of transactions.

- Must be comfortable working flexible hours in coordination with our global teams.
