As an Overnight Doorperson , you’re not just greeting and assisting guests on arrival and departure – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

- Support seamless arrivals and departures: Collect keys, issue claim tickets, and transport guest vehicles safely and efficiently between the hotel driveway and designated parking areas

- Tag and track guest belongings: Read luggage tags, issue claim tickets, and ensure accurate handling and delivery of guest items

- Handle guest items with care: Retrieve, transport, store, and organize guest luggage, packages, and boxes from vehicles and luggage storage areas

- Coordinate transportation needs: Arrange taxis or other guest transportation services upon request

- Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a friendly, efficient manner
