WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Sell parts to retail guests, wholesale accounts, and the service department, and earn commission on your sales
• Look up Toyota OEM part numbers in electronic parts catalogs, and identify the correct part and any supersessions
• Quote parts accurately and process orders from start to finish
• Build relationships with repeat retail and wholesale customers through follow-up
• Tell customers, technicians, and service advisors about backorders and substitutions right away
• Process returns, cores, and warranty parts per department procedures
• Help with receiving and stocking, and keep accurate records in the DMS
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Previous parts sales experience -- required
• Ability to work weekends -- required
• Toyota or import parts familiarity a plus -- paid Toyota training provided
• Accurate with catalog lookups, and comfortable with a DMS or quick to learn one
• Clear communicator who builds customer relationships and follows through
• Self-motivated, with a drive to grow your sales and your commission
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
