Join Our Team — We'll Train the Right Person!
Johnson RV is growing, and we're looking for our next Parts Associate to join the Service team. If you're organized, comfortable on a computer, and enjoy helping people, we want to hear from you — RV experience preferred but not required. We're happy to train the right candidate who brings the right attitude and skill set.
This role is a great fit for someone who thrives on staying organized, likes solving problems, and enjoys a mix of computer work and face-to-face customer interaction. You'll help make sure our technicians and customers get the right parts, right on time, while being part of a dealership that feels like family.
What You'll Do
? Look up, order, and track down the right parts for jobs and customer requests
? Create and manage purchase orders, and place orders with vendors
? Keep our inventory system accurate — receiving, stocking, and issuing parts
? Enter and track special orders in our dealership computer system, and let the team or customer know when parts arrive
? Match invoices to orders to confirm we received the correct items and quantities
? Process invoices and keep clean, organized records of everything that comes in and goes out
? Help with regular inventory counts
? Join department meetings and pitch in on other tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
? Strong computer skills and a knack for staying organized — this is what makes people successful in this role
? A friendly, professional attitude with customers and coworkers alike
? Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to juggle multiple priorities
? A good problem-solver who pays close attention to detail
? A team player who can also work independently once trained
? Reliable, on time, and ready to learn
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Parts inventory or shipping/receiving experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train you
? Able to walk, stand, bend, crouch, and stoop throughout your shift
What You'll Get
Great pay, great benefits, and a genuinely supportive team environment where people stick around.
All offers of employment are contingent on passing a pre-employment background check and drug test
