Payroll Sr. Advisor

As a Payroll Senior Advisor, you will oversee regional payroll operations within a global finance and shared services environment, ensuring employees are paid accurately, on time, and in compliance with local regulations. You will manage complex payroll processes across multiple countries, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external payroll providers to maintain operational excellence. Your responsibilities will span payroll calculations, tax withholdings, reconciliations, accounting entries, statutory reporting, and audit readiness. You will play a key role in strengthening payroll controls, improving reporting accuracy, and identifying opportunities for process standardization and automation. Working closely with HR, Finance, Legal, Benefits, and HR technology teams, you will help deliver a consistent and reliable employee payroll experience.
