Der Ambulante Pflegedienst Feuerer in München sucht ab sofort eine Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit zur Verstärkung unseres Teams.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Grund- und Behandlungspflege bei unseren Patientinnen und Patienten zu Hause
- Umsetzung ärztlicher Verordnungen (SGB V) und Pflegeleistungen (SGB XI)
- Pflegedokumentation und Pflegeplanung
- Beratung von Patienten und Angehörigen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Apotheken und dem Pflegeteam
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann, Altenpfleger/in oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in
- Berufserfahrung in der ambulanten Pflege
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Zuverlässigkeit, Einfühlungsvermögen und Teamgeist
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
