Pharmacist PRN
Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising and performing all pharmacy operations in accordance with accredited hospital policies and procedures, ethical and professional practices, The ACHC, and State and Federal requirements.
Requirements:
Graduate of accredited College of Pharmacy
Kentucky Board of Pharmacy license in good standing and must be willing and able to obtain their IN Board of Pharmacy License
ACLS required within 6 months
Hospital and/or Oncology experience preferred
