The role
This is a critical role in maintaining the health and performance of platforms that support live broadcast services. Your technical understanding, attention to detail and ownership of incidents will help ensure issues are resolved efficiently, service improvements are delivered continuously and customer commitments are met.Success in this role will be measured through strong SLA performance, customer satisfaction and the ongoing efficiency of platform support.
