Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich?

- Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Strategie-, Transformations- und Change-Management-Projekten im Digitalisierungskontext.

- Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Dokumentation von Leadership-, Strategie- und Transformationsworkshops.

- Aktive Unterstützung bei der strategischen und digitalen Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Research & Development.

- Durchführung von Markt-, Trend- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Aufbereitung relevanter Erkenntnisse für unsere strategische Arbeit.

- Einbringen neuer Impulse und Ideen, insbesondere rund um Digitalisierung und den Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz.

Wie passt du in unser Team?

- Studium der Wirtschafts- oder Geisteswissenschaften, IT oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs, idealerweise ergänzt durch erste praktische Erfahrungen.

- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Interesse an aktuellen Trends, Digitalisierung und strategischen Fragestellungen.

- Eine offene, kommunikative Art, Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, Verantwortung für eigene Themen zu übernehmen.

- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere PowerPoint.

- Erfahrung und Freude im Umgang mit KI-Anwendungen sowie Neugier, neue AI-Tools und Einsatzmöglichkeiten auszuprobieren.

- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.

Bei gegenseitigem Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit, im Anschluss an das Praktikum als Werkstudent*in (m/w/d ) bei uns weiterzumachen.
