The Role
Your Impact
1.Technical support
- Provide the consultation for customers for technical issues received via phone call, web chat and e-mail. Complete research and provide solutions to customers within defined period.
- Help customer to maximize their benefit by utilize our solution.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently to customers and internal staffs.
- Involve new release process like beta testing and improving the product quality.
2. Trainings & Certification
- Deliver the product trainings at the office and customer site in Worldwide to meet the demand from customer.
- Develop customer’s competencies through our training program.
- Organize certification exam events.
- Develop training contents to meet market trend and demand.
- Knowledge transfer and mentor for internal staff.
3. Sales support
- Support sales closing by presentation and demonstration.
- Highlight the value of AspenTech solution in the session and convince customer.
- Work with Customer success team to sustain /growth the usage.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent disciplines
- Bilingual in Korean and English.
- Excellent communication, customer relationship and troubleshooting skills.
- Mentor skills for junior consultants.
- Process simulation and modeling experience is mandatory. Aspen solution (HYSYS and/or Aspen Plus) experience is preferred.
- Dynamic modeling, Heat Exchanger design experiences are advantage.
- Able to accommodate to 20-30% for domestic travel
