Print Operations - Machine Operator

We are currently hiring for multiple positions within our plant operations:
- Machine Operator - 2nd shift, 3pm - 11 pm
- Machine Operator - Swing Shift, two weeks 7 am - 3 pm, two weeks 3 pm to 11 pm
- Machine Operator - 3rd shift 11 pm - 7 am

Responsibilities of the positions:

- Start as a Helper learning how to set up jobs, read job tickets and run machines.  This is a hands-on learning experience.

- Improve your skills at running machines and problem solving.  Learn to clear machine erros and other technical issues with complex machinery.

- Ensure materials are staged and prepared correctly.

- Maintain a clean and safe operating area.

- Be available to support other areas of production as needed.
Requirements
What you will need to have:

- Consistent and professional approach to work

- Mechanical inclination with the ability to learn how to operate machines

- Mathmatical skill set with the ability to think through mearsurements

- Ability to distinguish color and color variations

- Proven ability to read, write, and communicate

- Basic computer skills (data entry, PC navigation)

- Ability to stand 95% of your shift and lift up to 50 pounds
