About the role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Probabilistic Risk Assessment Analyst – Human Spaceflight based in the United States.

In this role, you will contribute to the safety and reliability of advanced human spaceflight and commercial launch systems through rigorous, data-driven risk analysis. You will develop and quantify probabilistic risk assessment (PRA) models to evaluate crew safety, mission success, and public safety risks across crewed spacecraft and launch vehicles. Working alongside multidisciplinary engineering, systems safety, and reliability teams, you will transform complex technical data into actionable insights that support critical engineering and operational decisions. You will also contribute to regulatory compliance and FAA launch licensing activities, helping ensure that flight safety analyses meet demanding industry standards. This position offers the opportunity to influence high-profile aerospace programs while collaborating with leading technical stakeholders in a mission-driven environment. Well-qualified remote candidates are welcome, with hybrid opportunities preferred for professionals located near Houston or Denver.
