What You Will Do:

- Lead and facilitate Lean projects.

- Analyze processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Measure and report results and performance metrics.

- Train and coach employees and leaders on continuous improvement tools.

- Drive change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- Coordinate programs, metrics, and improvement plans aligned with plant or business objectives.

What You Will Bring:

- Required Degree: Associate's Degree OR an equivalent combination of education, training, experience, and certifications sufficient to achieve position expectations required.

- Preferred Degree: Bachelor's Degree Industrial engineering

- 2-4 years Job family related Required
