ABEC is hiring a Product Engineer to help design and develop innovative bioreactor systems used in cell and gene therapy manufacturing .
This is a great opportunity for an engineer who enjoys taking ideas from concept through testing and launch , while collaborating with laboratory, automation, electrical, and mechanical engineering teams.
What you’ll work on:
- Develop new features and components for bioreactor control systems
- Translate customer and process needs into system requirements
- Support bench testing, troubleshooting, FAT and SAT
- Partner across engineering, operations, sales, and marketing
- Drive continuous improvement, product performance, and cost optimization
What we’re looking for:
- BS in Mechanical, Chemical, Biological, or a related Engineering field
- Engineering experience in a related industry preferred
- Exposure to automation/control systems and bioprocessing is a strong plus
- A collaborative, hands-on engineer who enjoys solving real technical problems
