Lucid Software is the leader in AI-driven work acceleration, helping teams see and build the future by turning ideas into reality. Its products include the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite (Lucidchart and Lucidspark) and airfocus. The Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, combined with powerful accelerators for cloud and process transformation, empowers organizations to streamline work, foster alignment, and drive business transformation at scale. We hold true to our core values: innovation in everything we do, passion & excellence in every area, individual empowerment, initiative and ownership, and teamwork over ego. At Lucid, we value diverse perspectives and are dedicated to creating an environment and culture that is respectful and inclusive for everyone. Lucid is a hybrid workplace. We promote a healthy work-life balance by allowing employees to work remotely, from one of our offices, or a combination of the two depending on the needs of the role and team.
Are you ready to shape the future of AI-driven visual collaboration and empower millions of users worldwide? In this role, you will lead a dedicated cross-functional team —partnering closely with engineers, UX designers, and QA—to build intuitive, intelligent features that help millions of users collaborate smarter and turn complex workflows into actionable insights. You will have high visibility, clear pathways for professional growth, and direct impact on core product metrics that drive business success.
Are you passionate about generative AI, and intelligent automation to redefine visual collaboration? If you thrive on solving complex user problems, leading with high autonomy, and scaling products used by global enterprise teams, we would love to connect with you!
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the multi-quarter product roadmap for AI-driven visual collaboration capabilities across Lucidchart and Lucidspark.
- Work closely with UX, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and other Product teams to deliver market-leading innovation.
- Become an expert on our customers by understanding their motivations, goals, and how AI can uniquely solve their workflow bottlenecks.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate AI feature adoption, user engagement, and measurable business impact, iterating based on quantitative analytics and user feedback.
- Own product features and themes through their entire creative cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and continuous iteration.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative research to discover innovative feature ideas and validate use cases before development.
- Partner with UI/UX designers to ensure complex interactions translate into intuitive, frictionless user experiences.
- Guide engineering teams through feature development, balancing technical constraints with user needs.
- Collaborate with the strategy team to pilot, validate, and scale new forward-looking product initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in product management at technology companies, ideally within B2B SaaS or AI-driven products.
- Demonstrated track record of taking complex product features from discovery through launch and continuous optimization.
- Proven track record of improving core business and product metrics, especially in B2B SaaS environments.
- Solid foundational knowledge of AI/ML applications, LLM integration, or generative workflows.
- Exceptional agility and ability to learn quickly in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
- Outstanding communication skills: ability to fluidly translate concepts between AI engineers, enterprise sales reps, solution engineers, executive-level customers, internal stakeholders, and end users.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct experience shipping AI-powered, data-heavy, or automation-focused software features.
- Strong eye for polish, design, and brand within a product.
