Titan Brands is seeking a commercially minded, hands-on Product Manager to own the Titan Attachments line from strategy through sell-through. You'll decide what we build, why, and at what cost, then drive it to launch with our contract manufacturers and in-house sourcing, quality, and marketing teams. You'll lead a dedicated Product Development Engineer and be accountable for the line's revenue, margin, assortment health, and customer experience across our website, marketplaces, and retail partners. You're a hands-on product person who's comfortable in a spreadsheet, a drawing review, and a supplier call.
Key Responsibilities
Line Strategy & Ownership
- Own the Titan Attachments line end to end, including revenue, margin, pricing, and new product revenue.
- Build and maintain the product roadmap using sales data, customer feedback, and competitive insight.
- Shape the assortment across mounts, sizes, and price tiers; launch new items, refresh existing ones, and retire underperformers.
Product Development
- Write clear product briefs covering the customer, use case, features, target cost, and price.
- Lead a dedicated Product Development Engineer and make the final call on design trade-offs.
- Work with contract manufacturers through prototyping, testing, and sample approval.
- Own the master spec and fitment record for every product, so every team works from the same data.
Suppliers & Cost
- Lead RFQs, quote comparisons, and price negotiations with suppliers.
- Evaluate new suppliers identified by the sourcing team and decide which are a fit for future business.
- Find cost savings through design changes, new vendors, or combined volume across Titan brands.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with quality on specs, testing, and fixing issues found in returns and warranty claims.
- Give marketing and ecommerce what they need to launch and sell, including positioning, specs, and fitment content.
- Set first order quantities and support planning, parts, and customer service.
- Get hands-on with our products and competitors', and turn reviews, returns, and customer feedback into improvements.
Requirements
- 4+ years in product management, category management, or product development for physical products.
- Experience bringing products to market with contract manufacturers, including working with suppliers on cost, Ecommerce, DTC, or Amazon experience preferred.
- Comfort reading engineering drawings and specs, and a working knowledge of how steel products are made.
- Solid financial skills, including pricing, margin, landed cost, and P&L basics.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort using data to make decisions.
- Clear communication and the ability to keep several projects moving at once.
- Willingness to travel up to 5%, including occasional international supplier visits.
Nice to have:
- A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, industrial design, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with compact tractors, skid steers, UTVs, or their attachments.
- Experience leading or mentoring an engineer or developer.
Don't meet every qualification? We'd still like to hear from you if this role fits your experience.
What success looks like
Success is a Titan Attachments line that grows revenue and margin through a clear roadmap; new products that launch on time, at target cost, with accurate fitment and content; falling return and warranty rates; and a development engineer and cross-functional partners who know exactly what to build and why.
