About the role
About the role
As Product Marketing Manager, you shape how the market understands our portfolio: positioning, differentiation and outside-in stories that turn complex legal tech into value buyers recognise, and that drive pipeline and revenue.
Scope
You'll join a small Product Marketing team within the global Marketing department. Your focus is the market narrative and making sure GTM teams use it. Product training, documentation and demo environments sit with our Enablement teams. Success means clarity in the market, consistent positioning, and GTM teams who tell our story well.
Core responsibilities
Foundational strategy
- Develop deep market and competitive insight.
- Update and evolve ICPs, personas and use cases.
- Inform product and GTM direction based on market opportunity and customer reality.
Positioning and messaging
- Apply positioning, differentiation and value propositions across all content and assets, internal and external.
- Translate product capabilities into compelling, customer-centric narratives.
- Shape the content and messaging frameworks that guide all customer-facing communication.
Operational impact
- Activate positioning across the GTM organization through launch alignment, messaging briefings and strategic field engagement.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to embed messaging frameworks in the field.
- Drive coherence across website, campaigns, launches and proof points.
- Refine positioning using win/loss insights and market feedback.
- Become a product expert: hold regular syncs with Product Managers on releases and roadmap, and turn each release into clear customer value.
AI and new ways of working
- Design, test and run AI-assisted PMM workflows, for example call and win/loss analysis, competitive monitoring and content review.
- Document what works so the whole Marketing team can reuse it.
- Bring new ideas on how we work, and test them quickly.
Who you work with
- Reports to: Senior Product Marketing Manager
- Daily collaboration: Global Marketing team (10 people), Product Enablement, Sales Enablement, Customer Success Enablement
- Key stakeholders: Product, Sales, Customer Success
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in enterprise or complex software.
- A proven track record shaping positioning, messaging and GTM strategy, not just executing it.
- Cross-functional experience with Product, Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Remote-first: you've built alignment across time zones without a shared office.
- An analytical mindset: data is the foundation of most of our decisions.
- Curious and hands-on with AI: you use it every day, like a colleague. We don't need an AI expert, but someone who enjoys testing new tools and building better ways of working with them.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
What really sets you apart
Strategic thinker, decisive operator : you know when to challenge and when to ship.
Market-obsessed : you anticipate competitor moves and spot positioning gaps.
Exceptional storyteller : you simplify complexity without diluting substance.
Business-minded : you link your work to pipeline, win rates and deal velocity.
Builder with AI : you've already set up a new process, agent or workflow with AI and can show what changed.
Impact over output : you measure influence, not volume.
Strong opinions, loosely held : you defend your view with evidence and adjust when the market proves otherwise.
Problem solver with energy : you move problems forward at pace, even when they sit outside your job description.
Team player with range : you work easily with Product, Sales and CS, and adapt to what the team needs this week.
Out-of-the-box thinker : you question how things are done, propose new ways and test them.
