At ECS Composites, we manufacture rugged composite products used in military, aerospace, commercial, and industrial applications around the world. As a Production Assembler, you'll be part of a team that builds products known for their quality, durability, and performance.
Not a morning person? We've got the perfect schedule for you.
Our Swing Shift works Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM, giving you three-day weekends, plus occasional Friday overtime during our busy season for those looking to earn even more.

What You'll Be Doing
- Assemble composite products using hand and power tools
- Read work orders and follow assembly instructions
- Trim, fit, bond, and finish parts to specifications
- Perform quality inspections throughout the production process
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards

Physical Requirements
- Standing and walking throughout the shift
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and kneeling
- Using hand and power tools
- Working in a manufacturing environment
- Performing repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail
