Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain production schedules that balance customer demand, plant capacity, materials, inventory, and operational requirements.
- Translate customer forecasts and orders into executable production plans and communicate schedule priorities and changes.

- Partner with Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics to resolve constraints and support production and shipping requirements.
- Monitor schedule performance, inventory, backlog, and production risks while maintaining accurate planning information and supporting continuous improvement.
Required Experience/Education:
- High school diploma or GED
- 4+ years of relevant experience in production planning, scheduling, materials, logistics, purchasing, inventory, or customer service.
- Experience using an ERP, MRP, inventory-management, or production-planning system.

- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage changing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications.
Preferred Experience/Education:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations management, business, manufacturing, logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in chemical, agricultural, pesticide, or another regulated manufacturing environment.
Work is performed in office, manufacturing, warehouse, and material-storage environments and requires regular interaction with customers, suppliers, and plant teams. The position requires entry into production and material-handling areas and use of required personal protective equipment.
