Job Summary

- Standardization of best practices across clients​

- Pro-actively identifying issues and/or concerns​

- Strong operational knowledge and ability to offer solutions to account teams on what has worked on other programs​

- Drive automation, standardization and training across practice ​

- Provide exception customer service ​

- Expert in life cycle management ​

- Ability to manage higher volume of projects and multitask between them ​

- Utilize reporting to drive awareness of results and triage issues ​

- Prioritize daily tasks and ability to pivot based on practice needs ​

- Drive visibility and communication to leadership on initiative and project progress ​

- Drive cost savings ​

- Adherence to client time and expense policies​

- Provide weekly/monthly reporting on invoice progress and status
