About this opportunity
The program manager role within PIM (Product Introduction and Maintenance) leads activities in the interface between R&D and Supply within a products full lifecycle. The PM will join a team of ~50 people working with product introduction. The team’s objective is to make sure products are designed for manufacturing and for supply chain to be prepared for these new products. Close collaboration with R&D, Supply, External EMS partners etc is crucial.
What you will do
- Drive NPI programs (New Product Introduction)
- Coordinate phase-in-/phase-out activities
- Lead product maintenance activities
- Lead TPI activities (Transfer Product Introduction)
- Drive change initiatives both within R&D and Supply
- When needed for support, maintenance, TPI, Audit purposes or similar, travel to the manufacturing sites globally.
The skills you bring
- Ability to lead global programs and work on an international arena
- Ability to maintain and develop professional relationships with suppliers and partners.
- Ability to lead product introduction projects and programs within several product areas such as Transport, Radio, Cloud HW etc.
- Great change leader skills and ability to drive change projects
- Understanding of the entire supply program complexity including test, building practice, product packaging, licensing, supply chains, EMS production, inbound, outbound etc.
- Innovative, curious, forward leaning and ability to adopt new technology and methods
- Ability to understand and apply AI tools & methodology in daily work
