About the Role :

We are currently looking for a   Reception Manager and Guest Relations manager who will be the face and voice of the Club, responsible for driving exceptional member experiences and managing all front-of-house reception operations. This role ensures that every member and guest receives hyper-personalized, polished, and discreet service from the moment they arrive.

You will lead, mentor, and inspire the reception team, oversee daily arrival procedures, handle high-profile requests, and serve as the key bridge between club members and operational teams.

- Proven experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality operation, ideally in a senior management role.
