Regional Property Manager

Take the lead in overseeing a diverse portfolio of residential properties, including affordable housing communities operating under Section 8 and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs. As Regional Property Manager, you will drive operational excellence, financial performance, and resident-focused property management across multiple locations. You will lead, mentor, and develop on-site teams, creating a supportive environment where employees can grow and deliver exceptional results. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on problem-solving, requiring strong financial judgment and the ability to navigate complex property challenges.
