Registered Nurse (RN) | Nail Care / Foot Care

Primary Location: Decorah, IA
FTE: 0.9 (72 hours per two weeks)
Hours: Flexible 8-hour shifts between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Schedule: One consistent scheduled day off every two weeks | No weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibility

What You'll Do

- Manage an independent nurse-led clinic schedule focused on routine nail and foot care services

- Complete thorough clinical documentation and support appropriate billing requirements

- Room patients independently and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care

- Collaborate closely with podiatrists, advanced practice providers, physicians, and clinic staff

- Participate in foot care training, observation hours, and certification requirements

- Support outreach services at regional clinic locations when scheduled

- Help shape and grow a new service line designed to enhance patient access and provider efficiency

What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of an associate degree in Nursing

- Current (or ability to obtain) Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the states of Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa

- Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers certification with hands-on training through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

- Willingness and ability to obtain Foot Care Certification within four months of hire, with organizational support provided
Preferred Qualifications

- One year or more of previous nursing experience

- Previous podiatry, wound care, or foot care experience
