- Cross-sell products

- Build and strengthen relationships with:
- Kotak Bank Branches
- DSAs (Direct Selling Agents)

- Ensure location and team productivity and achievement of sales goals. [jobaaj.com] , [foundit.in]
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through NPS and service standards. [jobaaj.com] , [in.talent.com]
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal and Technical teams for smooth loan processing. [jobaaj.com] , [in.talent.com]

Eligibility / Experience

- Typically 1-3 years (or higher depending on grade) experience in:
- Home Loans
- LAP
- Mortgage
- Secured Lending
