Job Overview:

We are looking for a Deployment Coordinator to join our Release Management team in an offshore capacity. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution, tracking, and coordination of production deployments across multiple global Audit Environments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment across different time zones.

Key Responsibilities

- Release Tracking & Monitoring

- Monitor and track production (PROD) environment deployments in real time during offshore hours and over the weekend.

- Provide timely status updates and escalate issues as needed to ensure deployments stay on track.

- Deployment Coordination & Stakeholder Communication

- Serve as the point of contact for deployment activities during offshore windows.

- • Communicate deployment status, risks, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders across teams and time zones.

- Escalation Management & Status Reporting

- Identify and escalate deployment blockers or failures promptly.

- Generate and distribute status reports for weekend and offshore deployment slots.

Key Skills/ Job specifications:

-  Experience in release management, deployment coordination, or IT change management.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly in Change Management workflows and CR creation.

- Strong understanding of ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks is a plus.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.

- Ability to work independently during offshore hours and weekends with minimal supervision.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deployments across environments.

- Familiarity with working in regulated or audit-sensitive environments is an advantage

- 5-9 years of relevant professional experience.
