Sei una persona orientata al risultato e capace di gestire relazioni con clienti? Cerchiamo un/una Manager front office per realtà commerciale che vende servizi e prodotti al dettaglio e B2B nel territorio. Avrai responsabilità operative e commerciali, coordinerai il team di reception e supporterai la pipeline di vendita.
Mansioni:
* gestione e accoglienza clienti in sede e presa in carico richieste commerciali
* coordinamento agenda e appuntamenti, monitoraggio KPI e progressione pipeline
* inserimento e aggiornamento offerte e leads nel CRM; reporting settimanale
* supporto operazioni di back office commerciale e passaggi a vendite/assistenza
Requisiti:
* ottime doti relazionali e attitudine alla negoziazione
* esperienza breve nel ruolo commerciale o in front office (fino a 2 anni accettati)
* dimestichezza con strumenti CRM e pacchetto Office
* orientamento a KPI e target, capacità organizzative
Offerta e benefit:
* retribuzione lorda mensile: 1.620-1.980 €
* fisso + provvigioni a obiettivo
