Maintain accurate contact and account information through ZoomInfo and other enrichment tools, coordinating bulk updates based on prospecting cycles, ICP changes, and sales territory adjustments.
-
Serve as a primary Revenue Operations resource for sales representatives, providing guidance, sharing best practices, and encouraging effective tool adoption.

Evaluate and pilot new tools, contribute to vendor comparisons, and support technology migration planning.
-
Identify gaps in processes, data quality, and systems, and recommend improvements that strengthen operational performance.
-
Develop repeatable data cleanup workflows in Excel and use AI and automation to improve efficiency.
-
Manage sensitive and restricted-contact accounts in accordance with internal policies.
-
Produce recurring reports and ad hoc analyses, maintaining reliable CRM outputs, scoring models, and assignment data that sales leadership and finance and operations teams can trust.
