Risk Management and Investment Tools Expert

Your responsibilities will include:

- designing, developing, testing, and implementing analytical and automation tools supporting fund portfolio management and investment risk control

- developing and enhancing tools supporting middle office processes, data quality controls, investment workflows and portfolio reporting

- developing analytical solutions for: fund performance measurement and attributionportfolio risk analysis and stress testing

- developing and modernizing existing Excel/VBA-based solutions using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power BI and other appropriate technologies

- designing and maintaining data models, databases and data flows used by analytical, risk management and reporting tools

- using modern automation and AI-supported tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve analytical, reporting and operational processes

- participating in investment portfolio risk management processes in close cooperation with the investment team

This offer is for you if you:

- have 5+ years of experience in investment risk management, portfolio management, middle office or investment analytics, preferably in an investment fund company, pension fund company or other financial institution

- hold a university degree in economics, finance, mathematics, engineering, computer science or a related quantitative field

- have a strong understanding of securities portfolio management and investment risk concepts

- have advanced knowledge of MS Excel and practical experience with VBA or other automation/programming solutions

- have experience working with data, analytical models and reporting solutions

- are comfortable working with modern data and automation technologies; experience with Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Python or Microsoft 365 solutions will be an advantage

- are interested in using AI and Copilot-based tools to improve analytical and business processes

- are fluent in English, minimum B2 level

- are analytical, independent, proactive, and comfortable working closely with investment and business teams
