Sales Consultant

Sales Consultant (Healthcare Staffing, UK Market), Cape Town

A24 Group is a healthcare staffing business that has been placing nurses and care staff with UK clients for over 25 years. BNA, the British Nursing Association, is our volume brand, and we want to grow it by winning new clients.

The role

You will hunt new business. You will phone UK care homes, hospitals and healthcare providers, find the person who books agency staff, and turn them into a client who uses us every week. You are given your own patch of the UK, and you are responsible for it. You do not take shift bookings or manage candidates. Your job is to find clients and win them.

What you will do

- Make a high volume of outbound calls every day, in a protected daily canvass block.

- Reach decision makers, run the sales conversation and register new clients.

- Record every call in our system with an outcome and book every follow up in your calendar.

- Work with the compliance and booking team so every client you win can be staffed.

- Report to the Sales Manager and be measured weekly on a clear scorecard.

About you

- You have a proven record in outbound sales. Recruitment, staffing, telesales or business to business sales all count.

- You are confident on the phone and you keep going after a no.

- You follow up without being chased.

- You are organised, and you keep clean records.

- Healthcare staffing experience helps, but we will teach you the product. We hire for sales ability.

Hours

Fixed on the UK clock, with a contracted 50 hour week including lunch. Start and finish times move with the UK clock changes.
