Responsibilities:

- Field inbound sales calls from customers seeking a storage solution

- Provide support and recommendation to ensure we find the proper storage unit for the customer

- Process rental agreements and manage reservation bookings accurately and efficiently

- Provide outstanding customer service on every interaction

- Consistently achieve Sales goals

- Attend coaching sessions and implement feedback promptly

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2+ years of professional customer success experience, preferably in a Sales environment

- Contact Center or Phone Sales experience strongly preferred

- Proficient in English, B2 or C1 level

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent

- Excellent communication and active listening skills

- Strong ability to navigate through multiple computer applications while speaking to customers

- Strict adherence to Sales process and script
