Sales Representative CZ/SK Professional

Responsibilities:

- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products, services, and tailored cleaning solutions.

- Execute sales activities in line with agreed sales objectives, KPIs, and the company’s sales strategy.

- Build strong relationships with distributors and customers, collaborating on promotional activities, product introductions, and customer-specific solutions.

- Deliver basic product training and provide ongoing product support to distributors and customers.

- Maintain accurate account, activity, pipeline, forecast, and budget planning data in C4C (SAP Sales Cloud).

- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting on results, opportunities, and market developments.

- Collaborate closely with Customer Service (CIC), Logistics, and Marketing to ensure excellent customer support and service levels.

Qualifications:

- Secondary school qualification or higher, with further education considered an advantage.

- 2–3 years of hands-on B2B field sales experience.

- Excellent command of Slovak or Czech (C2) and a good command of English (B2/C1).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- A proactive, self-motivated, and well-organized way of working.

- A natural ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with customers and key contacts.
